A Special Program for Glass Claims

For your customers' convenience, Main Street America offers a special program for auto glass repairs, the Express Glass Connection.

The Express Glass Connection is administered by industry leader Safelite and offers a choice of more than 10,000 glass repair shops to ensure there is a location near your customers. Express Glass Connection will make repair and payment arrangements for them and handle the processing through Safelite, which means there is no paperwork for your customers!

Main Street America also automatically offers extra protection at no cost when your customer uses Express Glass shops through an extended lifetime warranty program.

To report a glass claim:

  • Call Express Glass Connection at (800) 887-5944, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • The claim will be processed with the appropriate discount.
  • We will pay the first invoice from the glass repair shop and explain our discount schedule. Any subsequent invoices will also have the appropriate discount applied.

Please note: Express Glass Connection should not be used on claims in which your customer has paid out-of-pocket for a repair. These claims must be reported through the CCU via fax or e-mail and should include a copy of the paid receipt.
